About Us

Community Elements is a community mental health center providing a continuum of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Services include crisis services, psychiatric services, individual and family counseling, group therapy, case management services, residential and respite services, services to persons who are homeless, and prevention services for children and adolescents. Services are community and office-based. For more information about services and accessing them, call the Access Unit at 693-4590.
